The rain confirms Rossi´s and Pedrosa´s best times and the first for row for Nieto and Elías
With the thermometers showing temperatures between three and five degrees lower than yesterday and under intermittent rain, today has only been a transition day to the races that are going to be held tomorrow. Times havent been improved in none of the categories and therefore the classifications remain the same. Nothing has changed in the MotoGP class and Valentino Rossi will start tomorrow from the leading place of the starting grid. His team-mate Tohru Ukawa, had bad luck with the rain and will start tomorrow from the second row of the grid after setting the eight fastest time. The development of the 250cc timed session has been similar to that of the premier category, with the rain showing up, leaving times unchanged. As a consequence, Marco Melandri kept his fastest time, while the Repsol riders Fonsi Nieto and Toni Elias are on third and fourth place respectively. In the 125cc, Daniel Pedrosa has added a new pole position to his sports career, the third, and after the superiority he has been showing these two days he also set the best time in this mornings dry free practice -, he is hoping for a dry race on Saturday in order to be able to fight for his first ever victory.
