The second victory of the CEV Repsol rider from Toledo arrives just one week before her debut in the World Championship at the Aragon Grand Prix. In this video, Maria shows her daily life in the Sant Cugat High Performance Centre, where she lives during this season.

Some months ago, Maria Herrera became the first woman to win a CEV Repsol race and yesterday, in Navarra, this 16-year-old rider from Toledo took her second win of the season. Third in the overall standings just 6 points behind the leader –her teammate Marcos Ramirez–, Maria will receive an intensive class this weekend at the Aragon Grand Prix, where she will make her debut as World Championship rider.

To arrive here, the rider from Toledo had to work hard and that is why last February she entered the Sant Cugat CAR, a high-performance in centre Barcelona where she can reconcile her sporting preparation at the highest level with an education suitable for her age. With the trainers, nutritionists, sports psychologists and teachers at her disposal, Maria Herrera was able to take a step forward to make her dream to be a professional rider true, an objective that this week will be a bit closer when she enters the Moto3 World Championship.
