On Sunday the Andalusian track will see the outcome of the National Championship in the last round of the season, which will have two Stock Extreme races.
With no time to rest after last Sunday’s races in Valencia, the CEV Repsol will face this week the last and decisive round of the season, where Maria Herrera in Moto3, Roman Ramos in Moto2 and Xavi Fores in Stock Extreme arrive as leaders. The Jerez Circuit will crown the three 2013 champions in a round where the Stock Extreme riders will have two races and Fores arrives as leader. In Moto3, 7 riders have still mathematical chances to get the title, while in Moto2 Roman Ramos has an advantage of 20 points over Alex Mariñelarena, who will be fighting for the national title.

Moto3
The closest category arrives in Jerez with the top 7 riders separated by only 20 points, and so all of them with chances to secure the title. Maria Herrera leads the overall standings one point ahead of Alejandro Medina and 8 over her team mate, Marcos Ramirez. The rider from Cadiz keeps a good chance to fight for the Championship thanks to the 4 points he achieved in the second race in Valencia, where he recovered nearly 30 places after a hit with another rider that sent him to the ground.
One race before the end of the season, Maria Herrera is still setting records and, after becoming the first female rider to win a CEV Repsol race in Aragon –she also won in Navarra later–, this time she became the first woman to lead the overall standings of the national Championship.
Moto2
In the intermediate category, Roman Ramos and Alejandro Mariñelarena are the only riders left in the battle for the title and they will have the one race at the Andalusian track to secure it, although the former starts with a comfortable margin of 20 points. The rider from Cantabria will try to manage his advantage, achieved by finishing in the top 3. Mariñelarena will need to hope for a mistake from Ramos who, even if the rider from Navarra wins, could secure the Championship by finishing in the top 10.
Stock Extreme
The biggest displacement class will have 2 races in the Jerez round, which means 50 points up for grabs to decide the new 2013 Champion. The three candidates to the title are Xavi Fores, Carmelo Morales ‒the current Champion‒ and Ivan Silva. The three riders have dominated this season, sharing 19 of the 21 podium places of this season. Nevertheless, Fores has a comfortable margin of 25 points over Morales and 41 over Silva ‒who just achieved his first victory of the year in Valencia‒.
