Repsol Honda rider had another great MotoGP premier class campaign in 2013.

In 2013, Dani Pedrosa was once again one of the main protagonists in the MotoGP World Championship, one of the most spectacular seasons in recent years and one in which three riders reached the final stretch of the season battling for the title. The Repsol Honda rider finished in third place in the overall standings, after taking 13 podiums -3 of them victories- and for the second consecutive year earning over 300 points in a single season.

Dominant wins like those at Jerez and Sepang, the big comeback in the rain at Le Mans and his stoic performance at Laguna Seca just a week after fracturing his broken collarbone in Germany were the standout moments for Dani Pedrosa in 2013. The Repsol Honda rider was always in contention for podium places, and he was involved in the title battle in the premier class right through to the closing stages.

Dani Pedrosa’s statistics for 2013:

• 17 Grands Prix contested
• Third in the World Championship
• 300 points
• 13 podiums
• 3 victories
• 7 second places
• 3 third places
• 2 Pole positions
• 4 fastest laps
