All the World Pro class riders, including the members of the Repsol Honda Team, were disqualifying from the first day of the European Trial Grand Prix.
The top category riders of the FIM Trial Outdoor World Championship, World Pro, were disqualified from the first day of the round, as they did not complete the itinerary. The participants in this third round of the World Championship had already shown their disagreement with the time assigned to finish the zones, claiming safety reasons, as the zones were very long. The results were declared null and in the provisional classification of the Championship, the Repsol Honda Team rider Toni Bou is still leader with a 1-point advantage over the second placed.
Tomorrow, Sunday, the second day of the European Grand Prix will take place as scheduled, because the organizer of the round accepted to give the riders more time to complete the zones without danger and also accepted some other changes requested.
The European Trial Grand Prix, with two competition days, will include 3 laps to the 5-kilometres itinerary, where the riders will need to lead with 12 zones. The start of the World Pro riders is scheduled from 10:30 am.
