Repsol Honda rider swaps his bike for a trial truck, showing that he is prepared for everything… except for mud stains.
Toni Bou never tires of facing new challenges. After winning an astonishing 21 Trial World Championships consecutively, and with his mind set on the inaugural event of the Outdoor World Championship held this weekend in Camprodón (Girona, Spain), the rider has been training with a vehicle very different to his Montesa Honda. On this occasion Bou gets behind the wheel of a trial truck, prepared to compete in extreme tests, defying gravity with impossible level changes and on a muddy track where you can barely use the brakes.
Watching how the living legend of motorcycle riding pushes in his first experience with a competition truck, who knows if someday we will see Toni Bou winning Trial World Championships on four wheels? What seems clear is that, if he does, he will have to find new leathers.
