Navarro took his first steps as a rider in the Cuna de Campeones, where he passed through every category from Minimotos to PreGP, including stints in MiniGP 110 and 140. In 2013 he debuted in the CEV Repsol with a creditable sixth place overall, which he surpassed in 2014 with the runner-up spot after scoring one win and four podiums. His good performances did not go unnoticed and he earned a place in the World Championship for the second half of the season, managing to score in four of the nine races in which he participated.
