Students and staff at school culminate process of designing and assembling a Moto3 bike, participating in the final round of the FIM CEV Repsol in Valencia.

In just eight months of hard work, the Monlau Repsol Technical School carried out a unique academic and sporting project in the world of motorcycle racing. Students of the school experienced firsthand the process of designing and putting together a Moto3 bike –creating a machine that was up to the demanding challenge of participating in a FIM CEV Repsol round.

With students, technicians and rider Marc Garcia, the school’s project successfully qualified for the final round of the season at Valencia. Starting from 18th on the grid, they finished Race 2 in seventeenth, after failing to finish the first contest due to a mechanical problem.
