It’s been a difficult weekend and the race as well. I made too many mistakes during the opening laps and the group escaped. But I made a good start and that’s something positive. I tried to stay in the group but they were too fast in the first laps and I wasn’t able to hold on. Then I found a good race pace and was able to push. The difference was getting larger and smaller all the time and I never really managed to catch them. It finally became a solitary race, and my lap times have been similar to theirs so that’s positive as well. Although the result isn’t.
