The Repsol Honda riders returned to action with their first MotoGP test of 2018, as Dani Pedrosa sets the fastest time and Marc Márquez goes seventh quickest.
Two months on from their final test of 2017 in Valencia, Dani Pedrosa and Marc Márquez were back onboard their Honda RC213V bikes for the first official test of 2018. In an intense day at Sepang, the Repsol Honda riders had three bikes each -with different engine specs- as they got the action underway. Pedrosa was quickest and Márquez seventh fastest overall, on the first day of a test that will run for a further two days.
