Laia Sanz wins her sixth consecutive european title

Laia Sanz has won, for the sixth consecutive time, the European Trial Championship in the women’s category. A title that was achieved with a victory in the third and final round of the championship…
This time, in a date that was noticeably more difficult, the Repsol rider showed why she is the reigning champion by setting differences on the first lap that practically guaranteed her victory and the title.Laia Sanz has won three rounds that were in this season’s calendar of the Women’s European Trial Championship. Born on 11th December 1985 in Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona) she has been a member of the Repsol-Montesa HRC team since 2004, now she holds six European titles and seven World Championships.Laia Sanz:A good trial, another victory and another title. I cannot complain. Today’s round was one without any danger zones but which were selective, where differences could be made and where you could also regain the points you lost after making mistakes. I wish all trials were like this. Regarding the title what can I say? It was one of my main objectives this season, I have won it and so complete satisfaction. Now there is only the big important challenge left, to win the World Championship.Classification of the Trial in Hobol  1. Laia Sanz (Montesa) 4 (0+4)  2. Rebecca Cook (Gas Gas) 31 (20+11)  3.
