The 2016 MotoGP World Champion has a record of one victory every three races in his nine years in the World Championship.
On April 13th, 2008, Marc Marquez made his first Grand Prix appearance at the Portuguese GP in Estoril. Nine years and five World Championship titles later, the Repsol Honda rider will celebrate his 150th Grand Prix this weekend in Valencia. The 23-year-old reaches the milestone with enviable statistics to his name: Combining his appearances in 125cc, Moto2 and MotoGP, Marquez has accumulated 55 wins (37% of races entered), 89 podiums (60%), 65 pole positions (44%) and 50 race fastest laps (34%). These have made him one of the most celebrated riders of all time.
