Dallara GP2 – 2007

The Dallara GP2 is an advanced racing single-seater with the following main features:

Dallara frame, Renault V8 engine 600 HP., 4.0 litres, Bridgestone Potenza Slick tyres, carbon brakes, ground effect, sequential 6-speed gearbox, F1-style paddle shift gear selection and electronic acceleration system.

The Dallara GP2 cars have undergone all safety tests according to the FIA F1-2004 specifications.

The GP2 car does not have traction control or power steering, thus allowing for highly physical and challenging races.

The manufacturers:

• Frame, suspensions and bodywork developed by Dallara.

• Renault engine built by Mecachrome.

• Mecachrome gearbox.
