Race engineers for Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa discuss the keys to this weekend’s Grand Prix – a special event for both riders and many Repsol Honda team members.

The seventh round of the MotoGP season, the Catalan Grand Prix, takes place at one of the most iconic circuits on the calendar. The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya this season celebrates its twenty-fifth year hosting Grand Prix racing, and is one of the most complete tracks the riders encounter. It has one of the longest straights in the World Championship at 1.04km, where top speeds are among the highest of the year at more than 340km/h, different braking areas that favour overtaking, and a mix of fast and slow corners requiring a good compromise in bike setup.
