Everyday we were working on setting up the bike with the tyres selected for this race. It was not easy since Dani had problems above all with the front wheel. It did not have the grip necessary so that the front wheel could work well.
In the end, with the classification tyres, he got the second position on the grid. Then in the race he was a victim of the problem on the front wheel, and then later he had the additional problem of vibration on the rear tyre. I am not offering excuses, but in Germany Michelin won two to one and here Bridgestone won three to zero.
Well, we now have a few days holiday and we hope that solutions have been found for when we return to work at Brno so that it will be a rider`s championship and not a tyre championship.
