Three FIM CEV Repsol titles to be decided at final event

Izan Guevara takes 3 victories from 22nd on the grid in the FIM Moto3 World Championship; Zaccone (2) and Montella (1) share the victories in the Moto2 European Championship and Van Den Goorbergh wins three European Talent Cup races.

This weekend two FIM CEV Repsol titles could be decided, whether their leaders expanded or maintained advantages, but the opposite happened and the 3 categories will be decided on final event in Valencia. Izan Guevara took three wins in the FIM Moto3 Junior World Championship this weekend, starting from 22nd on the grid. The rookie is second in the overall standings and 10 points behind leader Xavier Artigas -who earned two second places and a fifth place.

The Moto2 European Championship had two different winners in the three races held. Alessandro Zaccone took the first two, whilst series leader Yari Montella claimed the third, for his seventh victory of the season. He battled with Niki Tuuli until the final corner, and holds a 23-point advantage over the Finn in the overall standings.

Zonta Van Den Goorbergh was a triple-winner in the European Talent Cup, making it four wins in succession as he imposed his superior pace at MotorLand. The 75 points earned this weekend take him to second in the standings, 29 points behind leader David Alonso (2 second places and a DNF).

The final FIM CEV Repsol rounds take place at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit on October 31st-November 1st, with a total of seven races.
