Maria Herrera, the only Repsol rider to race at Misano after injuries to Fabio Quartararo and Jorge Navarro, finishes twenty-fourth.
The San Marino GP was not an easy weekend for Repsol Moto3 rider Maria Herrera. On a track where she never felt comfortable throughout the three days, she completed the race twenty-fourth and continued to accumulate experience in the World Championship.
Herrera, who started from the twenty-fourth position of the starting grid, has lost four places during the first lap. A few laps later, she has been struggling to regain her starting position and in the end has finished twenty fourth.
The Repsol rider and her team will remain in Misano for a further day, with a test tomorrow to prepare for the final stretch of the season.

“We knew it would be a difficult race, because at no point did I feel comfortable here and it was a difficult weekend; on Friday we debuted a new chassis and Misano is a track that I did not know. I didn’t have a good feeling with the front, unlike what has happened at other circuits. The positive thing is that we were able to finish and drew conclusions for the test we will do tomorrow. I hope this test will allow us to reach Aragon stronger. I will treat this race as a practice session and am looking forward to going to my home race at MotorLand.”
